Returns and refund policy

You may your order or part of your order after you have received it (excluding samples) at any time up to the end of the fourteenth (14) calendar day from the date you receive the ordered goods, by sending a return request email to sales@martezza.co.uk

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within five (5) working days of our sales team’s acceptance of your returns request. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, in its original packaging, and undamaged in any way.

Returns are subject to restocking charges and an administration fee of 30% of the returned goods. Delivery charges for products delivered are non-refundable; return delivery costs are paid by the customer.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
